While Lonergan Construction is qualified to build a home from ground up; we choose not to.  We'd rather work with existing homeowners to improve your existing property.  We have done additions of all types and we have the capability to do all work from design to pouring foundations to roofing and finish work.  Let us work with you to improve your home.

Remodeling
