George Lonergan is reliable and personable, and the people that work for him are incredibly considerate. They come when they say they're going to, always clean up when they leave, they're nice to the kids and patient with me. Everyone around us has used him as well, both neighbors and family. Just to find someone you can rely on is such a prize. Most people don't get along with their contractors, so this is a rare relationship. I hated this house when I moved here, and I now love the first floor. Now George and his crew have to do the second floor!

We've gone back to Lonergan Construction four times. They are very reasonably priced, and they do a great job. They pay attention to detail. George Lonergan is very honest; if we're not happy with something, he'll come back and fix it. I would definitely recommend George to anyone-we're going to use him again for a formal living room and replacement windows. He's a one-stop shop for everything that needs doing in the house. Lonergan Construction was a real find.

I go back to Lonergan Construction over and over and over again. If I have any problems at all, I can call up and George Lonergan is right here to answer questions. George will sit down and go over everything with you. We had work done on our house right after a flood and having just had a new baby. George carefully worked around us, and was sure we always had our privacy.

Lonergan Construction gutted my
kitchen and rebuilt it from the ceiling down and floor
up. George Lonergan worked with me to blend the 1920s
features of the original woodwork with the contemporary
wall covering. George worked hard to get the kitchen to
be what I wanted-he shared my vision for it, and did a
beautiful job. It's absolutely gorgeous, I've fallen in
love with my home. Now I have to see about bringing the
rest of the home up to the same standard!
